Sunday 7th February: There is a service of Morning Worship at 11 am.
Tuesday 9th February Parent and Toddlers meet from 9 am -11 am.
On Ash Wednesday, 10th February: There will be a Communion Service in St John’s Church, Lawley. Let Daphne know if you need transport.
Thursday 11th February: There will be a social morning from 10 am – 12 noon for over 50’s resident in Malinslee and Dawley, run by Jane Hill. On offer are crafts, woodwork, card and board games, etc., with tea or coffee and cake.
Also on that day:
Knit and Natter meets from 1 – 3.30 pm.
The final session of the Happiness Course at Lawley Bank Court is from 7.15pm to 9.30pm.
Saturday 13th February: The Pensioners’ Party for 2016 starts at 12 noon and will end at about 3pm. It is for members of the congregation aged over 60 who live in Dawley or Malinslee. Please book with John Chetwood and invite a friend or neighbour to the event. A couple of hymns will be sung and there will be a buffet, a quiz, a raffle and free bingo.
Sunday 14th February: There will be NO SERVICE at St Leonard’s Church. We join the parish in Christ the King Chapel at 10.30 am for the licensing of Pam Skellen as Children and Families Enabler. If you need transport to be able to come, please sign up on the list at the back of the large side-table in church so we can organise it for you.

Messy Church is celebrating their 2nd Anniversary here at the church. It’s a free event and your invited! To offer, they have crafts, storytelling, games, worship time and a meal at the end. Want to know more? Just see or email Jane Hill on email@example.com.
Open Church starts again on 5th March. The church will be open from 10 am to 12 noon for private prayer, meditation and Bible study.
Our tentative date for the Annual General Meeting is 16th March, 2016. If you run any groups or activities in church, can you please start thinking about your annual reports so that they can be given to Julie by 6th March to allow for timely duplication.
Does anyone have an active Ebay account we could use to sell items for church? Please contact Graham Bould if you are willing to help.
At Harvest we asked people to donate their talents, for example, painting, cleaning, etc. We particularly need help with painting and maintenance. If anyone can help, please let John Chetwood know.
