A fun venture at St Leonard’s.
A Songs of Praise event in a cafe style, around tables, candles, tea coffee, as people sing their favourite hymns. People are invited to share why they requested that hymn, why it speaks to them.
We’ve had three during this year, and next’s years are being planned.
Our next two will be on Sunday 25th March 2012 & Sunday 24th June 2012.
Each at 4pm, but do arrive from 3.45pm for cake and coffee!
Organised by a team from within the church. It is a relaxed, informal, nice way to spend an hour on a Sunday afternoon – especially for those who may feel we miss singing old traditional hymns with others…
All are welcome whether they are part of St Leonard’s or not!
